Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School, as part of the parish faith family, builds a strong foundation by developing the unique, academic, physical, social and spiritual gifts of its students. Our Lady of Lourdes is a non-profit community that boasts a vast 34-acre campus, consisting of 5 buildings, requiring 24/7 connectivity, and an intensive IT framework and network.
AC4S Technologies is an integral part of keeping our office staff, faculty, and students connected. AC4S Technologies has procured network security equipment for us, helped us migrate to a cloud based solution and provided technical training to our end users after the implementation. Our staff consists of 53 cadre and over 260 students.
Services Provided: Data Migration to SharePoint, Managed Services
ITSMF is a non-profit organization, with a geographically distributed Executive Staff. Our team works remotely from Atlanta, GA, Alpharetta, GA, Alexandria, VA, and Raleigh, NC, and our members access our networks and information from all over the Continental U.S. and Europe.
We came to AC4S Technologies to help us reduce the operating expense of our Enterprise IT implementation. With 160 members, 160 associate members and a database of over 3,000, we required a solution, and subsequently immense support, to assist with our day-to-day operations.
AC4S Technologies helped us to transition our members over to the new IT system, provided training, conducted follow up audits, and supported our team on this and other IT related issues.
